Sarah graduated with First Class Honours in 2015 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2018. She is now an Associate Director at our firm.

Sarah has experience in contentious matters heard at all levels of the Singapore Courts. She has assisted and acted in disputes involving breaches of directors’ duties, breaches of confidentiality, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes, management corporation disputes, insolvency and contentious probate proceedings.

In terms of construction practice, she had acted for a contractor in resisting an application for a stay of proceedings in favour of arbitration on grounds of a repudiation of the arbitration agreement. She had also assisted developers in their defence of a claim brought by a MCST for defects in a development and had acted for a contractor in arbitration proceedings in its defence of a claim for non-payment of goods.

Sarah had also represented clients in mitigation for criminal breach of trust and assisted in a disciplinary tribunal hearing prosecuted by the Singapore Medical Council.
