Wmh Law Corporation to Speak at Seminar on Illegality

Our Joint Managing Director, Mr. Wilbur Lim, will be speaking at the seminar workshop on the doctrine of illegality and its relevance to migrant worker claims, together with speakers from JWB and TKQP. The speakers will examine, inter alia, two Court of Appeal decisions (Ting Siew May and Ochroid) which touch on the defence of illegality and the doctrine of stultification.
It is a SILE accredited seminar and lawyers attending the seminar will receive 2 public CDP points.
