Man Accused of Having Sex With a Minor

Mr. Mark Lee acted for a client facing twenty (20) charges under Section 376A(1)(a) of the Penal Code (Cap. 224) - statutory rape. For each charge, one could have been jailed up to ten (10) years, fined or caned, or with any combination of such punishments.

With Mr. Mark Lee’s representation, the Prosecution was persuaded and ultimately withdrew all twenty (20) charges against the client.
