Glen read law at King’s College, London, and graduated with a Second Upper degree.

Glen has over twenty years of experience and has a breadth of experience in dispute resolution work, including contractual claims, tortious claims, corporate governance and company law disputes, and insolvency.

He has advised corporations on matters concerning the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and employment contracts.

His main focus areas are currently in commercial litigation work, although he frequently advises on corporate matters as well. He has assisted in drafting commercial contracts.

Glen’s recent instructions include:

• A claim by a Singapore company against a Hong Kong domiciled company for the recovery of expenses incurred in a project in Malaysia.

• Defending a debtor against a bankruptcy application.

• A claim by an investor for misrepresentation under an investment contract.

• A claim by a creditor for the recovery of debts owed by a company which had been struck off the register.

Voluntary work

Glen has undertaken pro bono work for the Law Society Pro Bono Services Office for nearly a decade, and assisted in the Singapore Management University’s, Pro Bono Clinic, in 2019 and 2020. He was also on the panel of assigned solicitors for the Legal Aid Bureau and for the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.
